The RC don't hang the flags in previous years. I wonder whether it's bcos too few residents are doing it and it's reflecting badly on us. We have no spirit to show and the govt has to "show" it for us. I didn't watch the NDP this year, not even a glimpse of any part of it on the tv. Every year it's the same old boring thing. Who watches NDP after such a spectacular opening ceremony at the Beijing Olympic Games? Not me. Shrugz.
