Cape Palliser with Singaporeans once again

For the third consecutive year we returned to Cape Palliser with Singaporeans again, this time with family! Weather was not great with persistent showers and my sisters were cold stiff. There weren't many seals in winter and they were just lying around quietly. The rain got heavier after we found the seals and I stayed in the car with my mom and aunt while the rest went up the lighthouse.
Went back to the bach for some lunch and rest. Prepared some of the ingredients for tonight's dinner while drying and warming up indoors. My aunt and mom started peeling off the skin from the garlic sprouts and we were on a mission to peel them all off lol. Spent the rest of the afternoon at Big Apple and Garden Barn in Masterton.

Papa bought some seeds back to grow but they never survived in the hot weather back home!

Booking with Bachcare for 51 Weld St was abit frustrating; they didn't apply the 20% discount correctly and took me a few back and forth to sort that out. Stay was alright, house was warm enough and there was a complimentary bottle of 2013 Murdoch James Sauvignon Blanc in the fridge.
